Oh boy, I thought I was a real fan and totally "dialed" into TAGS. I have only one recollection of Barney and gum..It was when he swallowed the many sticks of gum he kept jamming in his mouth when he was the lookout for the bad guy hiding in the loft of a barn.. Andy threw a rock at a gas can, and scared old Barn who fired his one bullet and swallowed all of the sticks of gum. The ne'er do well surrendered to the courageous Barney. p.s. Gilligan's Island has replaced TAGS in my area. (grim decision) Hot Springs AR.. pps. Beloved Mayor Roy Stoner, Parley Baer appeared on The "Golden Girls" last night. He also was the voice of Keebler cookies. : C )
