Watching Mary Poppins today and, of course, spotted Reta Shaw (Eleanora Poultice) as Cook, but later I heard a voice but didn't recognize the face, probably because of all the makeup and beard. The character was Mr. Dawes, Jr, who ran the bank. After listening a little closer, I could see, in my mind's eye, the vagrant in the Lost and Found episode, falsely admitting to taking Aunt Bee's pocket book. Arthur Malet is his name. He did Mary Poppins in 1964 and, 2 years later, did 2 episodes of TAGS, Lost and Found along with The Battle of Mayberry.
