Here is a trivia question that I think will be a real challenge for even the best trivia experts.
Casual fans of TAGS will often misspell Aunt Bee’s name as B-E-A. Every diehard fan knows that it is always spelled B-E-E on The Show. It can be seen spelled that way on screen in numerous episodes, and it is always spelled B-E-E, and never B-E-A. (Francis Bavier did spell it B-E-A when she signed autographs -- but I digress.) Just remember, “I before E except after C, E before N in chicken, and E after E in Aunt Bee.” (That was not the trivia question.) THIS is the challenge: Name a regular, recurring character whose name is spelled two different ways ON SCREEN in different episodes of TAGS. By “regular, recurring character” I mean the same character played by the same actor in four or more episodes. I can think of two correct answers.
