There was something about Mayberry -- a place where life was lived at a slower pace. Preacher Rollins died in a car crash last week - just 55-years-old. So when his family began making plans for his home-going service, they thought it only fitting to bid farewell with an Andy Griffith style funeral. It was quite a scene at the First Baptist Church. There was a vintage police car parked outside the church - and the message was filled with references to days gone by. They even showed a clip from the television show. And mourners were also reminded of some poignant words spoken by Andy Griffith. "I firmly believe that in every situation, no matter how difficult, God extends grace greater than the hardship, and strength and peace of mind that can lead us to a place higher than where we were before."
