Please disregard any errors in spelling, spacing, or punctuation.  I am
still have real issues with double vision.  Was at the doctor today and I
will be using three different pairs of glasses for various uses.  So
hopefully before too long things will be better.

A is for Andy, the sheriff without a gun,

B is for Barney, whose bullets numbered one.



C is for Colonel Harvey, maker of elixir so strong,

D is for the Darlings, who enjoyed a good song.



E is for Clara Edwards, Aunts Bee's best friend,

F is for Fred Goss, who cleaned clothes end to end.



G is for Goober, who sold gas and oil,

H is for Henry Wheeler, who hated to toil.



I is for Irene Flogg, who became a big star.

J is for Johnny Paul, who believed in chewing tar.



K is for little Karen, so cute and so sweet,

L is for Leon, who ate peanut butter on the street.



M is for Mayor Pike, who was a wee bit fat,

O is for Otis Campbell, who enjoyed seeing a bat.



P is for pickles, made with love by Aunt Bee

Q is for Quincy, who picked on Opie.



R is for the Rimshaw house, full of spooky halls,

S is for Sarah, who listened in on all calls.



T is for Thelma Lou, so pretty and bright,

U is for uvula, which helps Barney sing right.



V is for Vicki Harms, with her tight little curls

W is for Warren, who was shy around girls.



X is for X2Y, Tommy's secret call code,

Y is for Yancey, home of the Gigolo abode.



Z is for Doc Zach who once bandaged Andy's hand

Now I have run out of letters, I hope you understand.
