Dang, I went and bought a car from Mrs. Lesch. She didn't have an Oldsmobile but she did have a 1951 Goodmobile that was owned by a retired priest who only drove it to confession and once a week to the casino.
Any way I got it home and took it for a drive and let me tell you it was some car. First of all, because it was a Goodmobile it took forever to get it moving and once you did, the hoses leaked, it rattled under the hood, it had dented bumpers and a terrible exhaust. Then I parked it for a while to give it a ten minute rest and it started to rain. I remembered I had locked the doors with the keys in the car and I had to get in to get the top up because of the rain. So that cost me another $50 for a locksmith to come open the doors. And wouldn't you know it. The locksmith's name was Don. This all proves one thing. If you want to buy a good car, you have to go to Honest Ken's. -- Ken Anderson The Mayberry Guru 2906 May Street Eau Claire, Wisconsin 54701 www.themayberryguru.com www.mayberryreflections.com _______________________________________________ WBMUTBB mailing list [email protected] http://www.mayberry.com/tagsrwc/wbmutbb/
