Well Ken, the baby twins in Stranger in Town are never actually seen, so they don't count. All we see is the baby carriage.
Sam Muggins' daughter is correct since we see her brother (the clue "oh, for the land's sake" is Ben's line when he hands her a doll as a gift), however those kids were not deputized (Aunt Bee, Opie, and Ellie were, though). The sons of Old Man Flint's neighbor are also correct. The name sort of sounds like "Deacons" to me, I've never been quite sure if it was Deacons or Jenkins.
