The first thing that comes to mind is hoot owl pie! And it was said that Ernest T. Bass went out in the woods to kill a mockingbird. Let's see--one time Andy said that Opie and Aunt Bee could eat fried chicken, but he was going to eat crow. Opie's pet bird Dickie (which we never saw) was mentioned in the first episode, and I think he was a canary. I'll probably think of more later.
