Hi guys, Every few years I put this question out there... just to see if I can find someone that remembers seeing this. When I was a kid... I distinctly remember seeing a Hunting Safety PSA on our local PBS affiliate that featured an animated Andy and Barney out hunting ducks (I remember them being dressed in those winter coats they wore in "Quiet Sam".)
