But off the top of my head, I'd say Andy, Barney, Otis, Ernest T., Helen, Aunt Bee, Opie, Clara, Jud, and Mayor Pike. One that is questionable is actor Joe Hamilton. He appeared in several episodes, but not always by the same name, so I don't know if Paul would count him. He was Chester when he was locked up. Rafe Hollister is another questionable one. Jack Prince was in more than five episodes, but he wasn't always billed as Rafe Hollister. (Now, the Darling clan was *in* jail when Andy gave them a cell to sleep in, but they weren't locked up, so I wouldn't count them.) So there are my twelve, but I don't know if Paul will count them all.
