To Dixon's excellent list I will make one correction and several additions.
Nurse Peggy is never seen in a convertible, however she does own one (a gift from her daddy), in the episode Andy's Rich Girlfriend. In A Singer in Town, Keevy Hazelton has a fancy exotic custom car with an open top. It does appear to have a roll-up cloth top, so I guess that makes it a convertible. Opie is seen in Keevy's car, as well as Aunt Bee's. In Goober Takes a Car Apart, Floyd is seen sitting in Gilly Walker's car with the top removed, but that's not exactly a convertible, and besides we also see Floyd (it's Howard McNear's stand-in but it's still Floyd) in a convertible in Goober's Contest so we've already counted him. Goober is seen in Aunt Bee's car when he teaches her to drive. In Three's a Crowd, Nurse Mary (the blonde Mary, not Mary Simpson) and Andy attempt to enjoy some quiet time alone in her convertible. In other episodes Andy is seen in both Aunt Bee's and Barney's convertibles. In Gomer the House Guest, Andy gets upset at Willy Jack for driving a convertible with bad brakes. It appears to be the same car used by Otis and Skippy and Daphne in other episodes. Bailey's Bad Boy drives a convertible in the episode of that name. Barney also drives this "crime car." Helen Crump and Teena Andrews (and Andy and Barney) are seen in a convertible (apparently Aunt Bee's — did she and Opie walk to the theater?) at the movie premiere in Barney Comes to Mayberry.
