Howard Sprague, who was arrested last week for drug possession (in Lima)
was fined $100 and fined $250 for failure to reinstate his license. If
he continues to not handle the social pressures of wild life in the big
city of Mayberry, then I'd recommend he take another real long vacation
to a deserted island where he can contemplate the meaning of life and
