Aunt Bee neither poured water nor dropped a vase on Otis' head while he was sneaking around under her window. She had a potted plant in a bowl, and she took the pot out and dropped only the bowl, which appeared to be metal, out the window.
Here are the other three instances I was thinking of that no one got: A: Otis drops a bottle of what appears to store-bought liquor which shatters on the ground during the rally in Ellie for Council 2: Luke Reiner (or Grainer) shoots out a headlight of the squad car in The Inspector and c: Newton Monroe breaks the glass in the courthouse bookcase while mopping. That makes four separate times the glass in that case was broken (once each by Barney, Gomer, Cousin Virgil, and Newton).
