Sorry, I was out of town when you asked this question and am just now trying to
get caught up on my e-mail. Mary Treen, who was George's cousin and worked at
the Building and Loan, played Rose in the first episode of TAGS. She also
played a minor character in a couple of other episodes. Frank Albertson, who
played Sam Wainwright ("Hee haw!"), had a role in the "Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C."
episode. Charles Lane, who played the guy who collected rent for Mr. Potter,
was Mr. Frisby on TAGS. Argentina Brunetti, who played Mrs. Martini, was the
gypsy mother on TAGS. Almira Sessions, who had a very small part in "Wonderful
Life" as Mr. Potter's secretary, played a Mrs. Fletcher on a color episode of
TAGS. Also, Harold (Hal) Landon, who played Mary Hatch's brother, had a bit
part in the "Barney's Sidecar" episode of TAGS. Those are six more I could
find.
