David, good observations about Andy Griffith and Robin Williams. Paul, I can remember Opie getting his dad with the joy buzzer in his hand and the pop out snakes when Andy opened his newspaper. Also Aunt Bee commented that Opie got her with the joy buzzer earlier, so that would count as three jokes. It was in the color episode where Opie had the school dance. Also in the JINX episode, after Henry Bennet said he was leaving town because of being a Jinx, Andy told Barney it was his fault, and Barney stated he just meant it as a joke. And of course the classic jokes played by Andy and Barney on Ben Weaver when setting up the parking ot store for Bert in the Merchant of Mayberry!!!
