TAGS fans, In answer to the question from a couple days ago about family-suitable shows to watch today, I bet we all agree that the days of "Mayberry" (and Dick van Dyke, Beverly Hillbillies, etc.) are gone, but the great thing is that they're all out on DVD now. My family watches a lot of TV (maybe too much at times) and we're very picky as to content, which has led to now-teenage boys whose favorite shows are "Maverick", TAGS and "Hogan's Heroes."
Still, in answer to the original question, one current show I would recommend is "Blue Bloods" with Tom Selleck. There has been a little language at times, but the main characters themselves are all part of a close-knit, church-attending family.
