I have wondered why I never watched Mayberry RFD and realized by the dates it aired that Viet Nam got in the way. So, when I received the 1st season today, I was anxious to see if it had that "Mayberry feel." With Andy and Barney gone, the "feel" seemed to be gone...but then there it was... in Emmett's grouchiness, Howard's fussiness, and Goober's sweetness.
