I was watching a movie on Turner Classic Movies about an art expert. He was giving a lecture and one if the paintings he had with him was none other than The Angelis, the painting over the Taylors' fireplace.
The movie also had Wallace Ford, Aunt Bee's old beau Roger Hanover. In this movie he was playing a Police detective not a pest.
