In the episode where the lawyer came down to learn about the law business there
was something in it that made no sense. When Barney wrote out the ticket to
him, why did Barney tear it up and throw it on the street? Being a stickler
about littering, he should have given himself a ticket. Citizen's arrest,
citizen's arrest. If at first you don't succeed, try and hide your astonishment.
