I had a bit of a Mayberry moment last night. My wife and I were having supper at a restaurant last night, when a trooper with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol U-turned his way into a parking spot next to the street in front of the building. I heard two or three patrons saying, "Citizens arrest!" When he walked inside the restaurant, one lady told him she wanted his ticket book so she could write him a ticket.
