Watched two movies lately with Betty Lynn (Thelma Lou). First was "Siting Pretty" were she played a teenager who had a crush on the father of the boys she was "sitting" with. This was her first movie roll, according to IMDB.com . Robert Young played the father, he also played Elinor Donahue's (Ellie Walker, lady druggist) dad in "Father Knows Best". Maureen O'Hara played the mother. In the credits she was listed as Betty Ann Lynn.
Second was "Cheaper by the Dozen" were she was in high school with the oldest daughter of the Gilbreth family. Both of the rolls were small. Clifton Webb starred in both movies.
