This is a special request, actually repeating a part of the guide from Allan.....whenever you respond to a Digest post by clicking on REPLY, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE remove the entire Digest from below your response. When you include it, as one scrolls down to read, and they come upon Allan's footnote, one usually believes that's the end of the Digest. So some might close it without reading all the other responses below the footnote.
