Yes, I've wondered about that too. There is no door to slip out in that area
of the living room. Just goes to show you.... if you want a good continuity
staff you have to go somewhere's else. That Thelma Lou, she can really get
around.

Also, yes, I believe Andy and probably many on the scenes adlibbed a few times.
We do know that "Doug's Tune" was featured in several episodes and that was
just a tune Doug was picking and grinning during breaks. It took on a new life.
