Hi, I've been reading the Digest for years and can't recall if this has previously been brought up (it probably has, and I just can't remember) - anyhow, I'm confused about whether Mayberry is a city, town, or village. I recall the Mayor's glass door saying "Office of the Mayor - Town of Mayberry". Yet the other day on a MeTV episode, Andy says something like "when the people of this city elected me Sheriff". I also seem to remember references on the show to the "Village of Mayberry. Anyone know the answer - or is it all of the above (maybe a script continuity issue)?
