In yesterday's Rifleman episode, Denver Pyle (Briscoe Darling) appeared as the father of a murderer, then on today's Gunsmoke, Dub Taylor (a couple roles on TAGS) appeared. Dub Taylor is the father of Buck Taylor who played Newley O'Brien on Gunsmoke.
