Our local radio station this morning had a discussing regarding students having concealed guns on campuses. A caller was very concerned that there would be a lot of students carrying guns on campus who have the Barney Fife Syndrome, meaning that they have no business carrying a gun because they do not know how to use it nor do they have proper training. It generated a lot of interesting discussion.
