Hey Ken Glad to hear you solved that caper! That was a pickle of a mess. Glad you are in the mystery solving business. We have missed you. A few years ago I went on a Scwump Hunt. I wrote with consent of our head honcho in Nashville. I wrote several personalities among one was Jerry Mather's, who said he remembers this màn who worked crowd scenes. It was not his father nor related to him. I wrote SAG for a list of extras used by the studios back then. Never heard a reply one. But, ones who replied did not know or didn't remember. You all are really great detectives. What other agencies could you suggest that might have lists of extras? I have hit dead end after dead end. We do know, he was around Hollywood since about the early 40s and disappeared in the mid sixties. I still say he was. Either part of the crew or related to cast members.
