Regarding the labels missing on the pickle jars when Barney handed them out. I think Andy and/or Barney probably removed the labels. After all, would they really want the store bought pickle company to get all the complaints and probable law suits from those terrible kerosene cucumbers. I often wondered if the Mayberry Sheriff Department received complaints from any of those people who got their "free pickles".
