In the beginning of episode Barney comes out of Snack Bar which has to be on main street and he can see the guys selling just a short distance in fact he could have walked to them. Not sure where court house is but can't be far. Should have been able to see them from court house. Andy later makes it sound lke the "back of Dexter street " is the other side of town.
