Both "The Munsters and Leave it to Beaver were filmed at Universal and used the Universal backlot. Andy used Desilu's 40 Acres backlot, so the Rimshaw house is not the Munsters. Kipp Teague has a great website about these locations: http://www.retroweb.com/
