A belated Mayberry farewell to character actor Stuart Nisbet, who passed away on June 23. Stuart appeared in MAYBERRY RFD "Youth Takes Over" as 'Frank Bailey,' 'Arnold's father.' He also appeared as the movie director in GOMER PYLE USMC "Gomer and the Little Men From Outer Space."
