Dear Ms Beaton,
My client, Andy Taylor, has just shown me your book, Death of a Gentle
Lady. In regards to you attributing the quote " oh what a tangled web we
weave" to Sir Walter Scott: Madam, just what are you trying to pull off here?
Why how dare you not recognize this quote from Season 2, episode 21- Guest of
Honor? Why even the most inept trained noticers know this for a fact. Besides,
Sheriff Taylor is one of our most distinguished, church going citizens, and
member of the town choir and band.
If you don't cease and desist and stop giving him credit for that quote and
contribute it to its proper originator- Andy Taylor, we will see you in a court
of law.
