Birds, owl, buzzard, elephant (a foot at least), snake, grasshopper, frog, 
chickens, chicken hawk, whale, baboon, ants, fox, ducks, pig. There are many 
more but my bucket just caved in on me.

This subject may have been discussed before but in a discussion with one of
my cats (call me crazy) he wanted to know what animals were seen or
mentioned over the years in Mayberry. I recall dogs, cats, horses, cows,
fish and a possum. Are there any others? I explained to my cat the episode
of a mother cat on the roof and he would not want to see his mother on the
