The very first episode that came to my mind was the Filling Station Robbery episode where Barney is employing his High Speed Surveillance and Reconnoissance to identify the robber stealing all of Wally's tools, parts, etc... Of course, Barney failed to realize he took a picture of himself when he was demonstrating to Gomer how the contraption would work. I will have to say that Barney displayed lots of ingenuity in that episode.
