Not to make a "moulage" out of the Nurse Mary case (as opposed to the Sam Becker case), I have always assumed the character was the same for both episodes, because the Mayberry.info website identifies the character in The County Nurse and Three's a Crowd as "Mary Simpson." Also this entry from the Mayberry Wikia page:
"Minnie "Mary" Simpson is a Mayberry county nurse who appears in two episodes of The Andy Griffith Show. In her first appearance, she is played by actress Julie Adams, as she and Sheriff Andy Taylor try to talk Rafe Hollister into taking his tetanus shot.
