Scooter, I was curious about this, so I found the episode on You Tube. Unfortunately, the quality was poor. The whole thing looked like it was recorded through a fog, and it wouldn't go full screen. So it was hard to really tell. However, in that very brief scene, I can see how it *could* have been Mr. Schwamp. Though he was bald on top, we all know that he certainly must have worn a toupee on TAGS, so this could have been him without the rug. Wish I could see this with better quality. Maybe someone has this episode on DVD and can give us a better idea. This is one possible Schwamp sighting that I've never heard of before!
