While watching NCIS Los Angeles, Sunday night, Callen goes to the boat of Sam Hannah and sees a seal named OTIS. The seal is a animal seal not a Navy SEAL. Callen asked Sam if he gave the seal whiskey to drink and he said no, Otis only drinks beer. When they come off the boat Callen says to Otis you ought to be ashamed of yourself and then the seal belches. It just reminded me our TAGS Otis coming into the jail tipsy.
