I just finished reading my 143rd mystery fro 2017. It is interesting the tidbits I pick up during my reading. For instance,here is something I learned about the uvula, and I quote.
"If your uvula pulses in time with your heartbeat it's called Muller's sign and it can be an early indication of heart disease."
