Mr. Wimberly, Barney didn't say the quote, it was Gomer. The episode was Citizen's Arrest. Gomer tells Barney ?You just go up an alley and holler fish.? This was after Barney gave Gomer a ticket for making a U-Turn. Not sure what it means. -----------------------------------------
