That is such a shame. I bet because that giving a straight razor cut is a dying/lost art. I've never had a straight razor shave. I understand that the closeness cannot be met. Now, I've had my neck cleaned and sideburns trimmed with a straight razor, but not a shave. Around the Nashville area, finding a true barber is like finding a nickel with the buffalo facing the wrong way. Oh there are plenty of "quick-cut" salons, but true barbers are scarce. Sometimes different is not better. Simple and easy - - - the way life's meant to be.
