Maybe this has been discussed before, but why would Andy and Barney both take Mrs. Lesh's car back? One should drive the squad car and one should drive Barney's car. Otherwise, they would have no way to get back to Mayberry. I'm sure the writers would not have had a very interesting ending, though. And, is Goober's name Beasley or Pyle?
