He petted a stray dog just before he did that so his hands are clean. LOL Watching The Waltons and little Elizabeth was just handed a chunk of ice broken off a big block on the local ice wagon. Of course the dirty gloved hand gives her the chunk which she immediatley starts to lick away at.
