Wow - those were some spider references I hadn't thought of! (Beside the obvious one of Gomer's spider bite) I also remember Barney calling Andy "Mr. Daddy Longlegs" and Aunt Nora telling Andy that he has been a wandering spider for too long and it is time he got entangled in the silken web of matrimony!
