I watched a good film noir from 1950 titled “Where Danger Lives”starring Robert Mitchum that was partly filmed at the Forty Acres backlot.First, Mitchum had a wreck in front of the All Souls Church when the town drunkwas driving on the wrong side of the road. Later, he bought a newspaper at a pharmacy where Foley’s Market and Floyd’sBarber Shop was. You could see the columns to the courthouse in the background.The movie was produced by RKO, and the boys at the lab (Google) tell us that itwas sold to Desilu Productions in 1957.
