Line height shouldn't be a problem. The CSS validates and I've used line-height in percentages without any NN problems.

Remove (line-height: 120%;) from the first line and you should be all right. Also, as Christina mentioned earlier you do have some errors in the tables. The number of columns doesn't match up near the beginning and somewhere near the end there's at least one missing <tr>.
