In my experience with Netscape, it doesn't like a space between the
numerical value and the 'em'. If you remove the space between the number
and em, it should help fix the problem with Netscape. For example:

Change "1 em" to "1em"

This is the only browser I've ever had this problem with. This problem has
existed since NN 4.x
