Your Web host may have updated their installation of PHP to the latest version and if so you will probably need to change the way your PHP pages reference any form variables passed to them... Before version 4.2.1 of PHP, if you had a form value called 'fred', PHP would automatically (by default) create a variable $fred that your script could use. Now this is turned off by default and the form values are stored in arrays that you have to get the value from as $HTTP_POST_VARS['fred'] or $HTTP_GET_VARS['fred'], or alternatively $_POST['fred'] or $_GET['fred']. You can also use $_REQUEST['fred'] which works for both POST and GET values, and cookies too. Grrr.
