Isn't Jac (Eire) working on a US site? If you have a small budget, then you will find that many of us are (a) cheaper than your UK locals and (b) richer than we would be doing our own local work. I'm not suggesting me, btw, but there are other developers in (for example) NZ, Australia, India who might welcome the work. There are other advantages to time-shifting, too. But more of that if I'm asked.
