Hi

A diversion from my usual greenhorn MySQL/PHP questions.

a small query re: html code

when saving a webpage containing a graphic with a space in it's name,
IE5 inserts %20 into the name - i.e. test file.jpg becomes
test%20file.jpg

If I then try to view the webpage at a later date (say, after the
temporary internet file folder has been deleted/updated, or if the
destination file directory has changed), then the graphics are no
longer viewable. If I edit the graphics filename by hand, replacing
the %20 with a space, then the graphic is viewable again.

Q - is there any way of preventing this happening in the first place
?

regards

Melanie
