Sorry, I know I'm a bit late jumping in on this but I just wanted to add my
bit cause it's not very often I know enough to contribute... :o)

I host 90% of my clients with them & if I had my way I'd transfer the
remaining 10%.
As was mentioned the only hassle is that the support isn't 24/7 - if I need
to ring them I have to wait til 3pm my time (9am theirs).
Oh & it's definetly the faster option to ring as they'll fix the problem
there & then.

On the plus side - huge amount of features & an excellent stats package. I
can give you a look at the stats if you want.
